I'm fairly certain Mother Brain respawns. I was farming dirty gems above using beast roar and taking the lift down to collect and she was there after I'd already killed her. Don't know if making contact would still work if you'd killed her before.

Moon rune appears in Yaha'r Gul if you don't get it in Hypogean Gaol. It's near the hostile hunter that's in front of where the lamp used to be in Hypogean Gaol.

so in the cummmfpk chalice, you'd get around 142000 per 20 seconds. or 426000 per minute

I so wish Tiers 2 and 3 weren’t located in same area.
