You can, you need to start a chalice and select the option to search by glyph, then enter the glyph ID, join chalice and ring your res bell. Set a password to ensure you will join the right person. My Psn is JOSHHAG, add me if you wish as I'm trying to find the final guidance rune

jymp55dt Great Lake rune is on second layer in a treasure room right after you unseal the door leading to the boss. Eye rune is on third layer in the pre-area right after you kill the second layer boss. Props to a Mr_M0j0_Rising on Gamefaqs for finding this dungeon. Just confirmed that this dungeon does have the runes. I hope this helped.

oh, it also has 27% radial gems on the first boss (merciless watchers). Dont forget to use the Eye runes

you either dont have the chalice (Ihyll Root) or you have never created a dungeon with Foetid/Rotted/Cursed rites. You need to create at least one FRC dungeon, It doesnt have to be Pthumeru, you can use Isz or Loran chalice for that, but make sure you have the Pthumeru Ihyll Root Chalice.

Glyph: 2w39mwrc the rune is in the very first side room, few enemies are there. Just dont go too far to the right, because theres a Cainhurst Hunter, other than that there are no major enemies

if you're full up on QS bullets, does it add bullets to your storage instead? it's still a pretty good rune, but i might switch to eye if i'm not getting surplus ammo

No. Oedon Writhe won't put extra bullets in your storage. It would be incredibly OP if it did though.
