In a lower hinter tomb dungeon. A bath was behind a door selling them even though I didn't have the badge.

They actually do some damage but are useless against actual players in pvp. If they have an antidote which is really common, landing 3 hits with a knife is really not worth the risk for dealing another 5 damage with poison. Use them on NPC hunters instead they absolutely make the toughest fights a breeze

Are they as useful in ng+ vs hunters? or completely useless?

So poison knives don't work on Henryk anymore? Henryk is immune to poison now? I landed a bunch of poison knives into him despite his dodging, saw the squish and the first tick of damage, but nothing happens and I used to only throw ONE to see the effects begin to work. Just tried poison knives on another character in newgame plus to cheese that npc cannibal dude in the forbidden woods and for some reason the poison knives still worked fine. Since some people might want Eileen alive on their playthrough, keep in mind that poison might not work at all anymore for Henryk so be prepared to beat him up the old fashioned way.

how did people find out the prices for these before beating rom/entering cathedral ward? to GET the eye watcher badge you need to get to Yahar'Gul, which is acessible after beating rom only (I don't mean the Hypogeum Gaol, you cant get upper cathedral ward key there).

You can get them from a bath messenger in the chalice dungeon before beating room or entering cathedral ward.

I'd assume someone managed to mod the game so they had the cosmic eye watcher badge early, that or found them in a chalice dungeon

Should have mentioned that that at that point I did not have (and still dont have) the Cosmic Eye watcher badge for that character Is it possible that all bath messengers in dungeons sell certain badge specific items? Or only certain ones?

These knives have a D scaling in strength. Is anyone aware of the skill scaling of this item?

my thoughts, what is the items poison add, gems add a specific amount of poison, so how much poison add do the poison knives deal per hit, does it scale, vary by enemy type or does every enemy have they're set resistance to the poison knives?
