Was just curious, I killed Eileen and Henryk at the fight at Oedeon, does that in any way change parts of the game, knowing Eileen has her own story-arc quests?

If you kill Eileen there then you will no longer be able to attain the Hunter caryll rune. Or her garments or the blade of mercy. NG+ is your friend.

Youll just miss out on the rune "hunter of hunters" but youll still get her badge(think its called crows badge), which allows you to get her weapon and armor. Not sure if you miss out on the last hunter(Bloody crow of cain).

They are found in the haunters dream. Depending on the bell, you will need to buy it from the insight shop or it will be on the stairs next to the doll. The eye will be next to the doll after beating Vicar Amelia and buying the dlc.
