Stop at 45 Dex. Use the rest of points for more equipload and better armor.

I found this as a good armor setup, but it's up to you how to customize your looks. And Chaos Blade for sure.

Don't bother with fireballs, they're very difficult to hit with in PvP unless you use setup spells like Pursuers.

Here's my interpretation of a dex/pyro build:

And that's at SL 120, so you can spend 5 more points if you want. I put a few more points into Strength because they were better spent there. I switched out your Havel gear for Giant's and threw that Gold-Hemmed crap back to launch where it was still good, haha. The Gargoyle Helm and Dingy Robe have always been good to me.

I've rocked this above build and it wrecks PvE and PvP.
