since about 3 months I'm unable to import my wardens. Last week it worked and i could import one of my 3 wardens who aren't imported yet but the others don't emerge in the keep. My bioware account is useless too cause it says i would have no game content. What can i do?

Keep playing. Try to do some outfit changes and stuff when you save. Make sure the console is off.

Possibly. However there's not much benefit to be gained from importing custom wardens. I think renaming the default saves them as a new one?

For some reason the Keep does not like to "keep up" with new playthroughs. You can manually edit your Wardens I have put in their own names and uploaded pictures when the Keep staggers. It is a pain and I hope a fix comes about soon. Good luck!

I don't know if anyone is still following this, but your profile under the old BSN site only has 12 slots for Wardens. If you take your Warden in Origins --> Awakening --> Golems --> WitchHunt, that counts as 4 Wardens. Of course, most of you probably already know this. Anyway, you can still sign in to the old site when Origin came out, go to your profile, and then profile diagnostics. Delete all the Wardens already in the Keep, freeing up those slots. Go back to your game and do something and save, making sure you're online. Once the old forum updates, it can sync with the Keep. (I have 38 Wardens in the Keep, so I know it's working). Unless they changed the mechanism for uploading Warden information for new purchasers after they closed the old site . . . then I don't know.
