At the beginning of I announced on the BioWare Blog that the tech forums on BioWare Social Network (BSN) will be locked at some point and the tech support will be moved to Answer HQ. You can read my blog post here.

We are happy to announce that this is happening today!

A big thank you to all community members who are already helping other players on the Answer HQ boards. It was your great support that made this possible. You can find helpful information about Answer HQ on our Answer HQ Help board and in our FAQ. Please do not hesitate to ask any of the Community Managers or the community for help. “Ask. Answer. Be the Hero.” is the motto after all!

But what does that mean for the tech forums on BSN?

They will still be available but they will be read-only from now on. We do not want to lose the help and wisdom here, but all game support will now be done through Answers HQ and Game Support.
