It depends on what other gear you have equipped. If you want to calculate what amount of endurance you need with your own gear, you need to add upp all of the weight values together, multiply that number by 2, round that number up to an integer, and finally subtract 40 (since you have an equip load stat of 50 at 10 endurance) from your number to get the amount of endurance you need.
Let's say you want to have a Zweihander (which has a weight value of 10) and a Grass Crest Shield (which has a weight value of 3). In this case, you add up all of the weight values together: 10 + 3 + 17.2 (armor weight) = 30.2. Then you multiply that by 2: 30.2 * 2 = 60.4. Round that bad boy up to an integer: 60.4 rounded up is 61. Subtract 40: 61 - 40 = 21 and there you have the amount of endurance you need to avoid fat rolling!
