In this Genshin Impact Guide I’m going to be showing you my physical team for Eula. This build is meant to emphasize on pushing the personal damage of Eula; to deal with both single target and AOE situations. Emphasis is on shredding enemies’ physical resistance with the talents of support characters, and using sub-DPS who don’t need attack buffers. It also utilizes the new Electro healer, Kuki Shinobu to the best of her ability.
I’ll explain how to build a Physical Eula Team to face a wide variety of content, and deal potent damage. If you’ve been looking for a Free to Play Eula build for endgame, then look no further. I’ll go through what Weapons to use, what Artifacts to upgrade and which companions to pick up, so check this one out!
Eula Physical Supremacy Free to Play Build Guide
I’ve been holding back on writing a Eula guide, for several months. Due to the fact that an average Eula team was very expensive, and didn’t score higher DPS than her peers. It was a dilemma that you could resolve by spending so much more on resources, and using summons for the top five-star supports. However, it was resources worth investing elsewhere.
As of patch 2.7, and the release of the first Electro healer in the game, Kuki Shinobu, she eased team building for Eula a lot. So now I can finally release a budget-friendly version of a Eula build, that is not only free-to-play friendly but also a great build in general.
The new Eula team is easy to form, with Kuki Shinobu taking up three roles, a healer, with the Tenacity of the Millelith buffer, and Superconduct source. Aside from Kuki, we get to use Rosaria as a battery, Crit buffer, and a source for Cryo resonance. Finally, we have a flexible sub-DPS slot, for any suitable off-field DPS, such as Albedo, Fischl or Yelan.
Eula‘s damage is administered at the very end of her rotation, due to the nature of her back-loaded elemental burst. She uses her burst early on, and sends hits to enemies as many times as possible, throughout the next seven seconds. Then the bursts finally hit surrounding enemies, scaling with how many hits Eula managed in these seven seconds. Considering how long this takes, on top of the time taken for the team buffs, it’s important to manage the buffs’ uptime accordingly.

Eula Physical Supremacy Build Attributes
Eula requires a physical DPS build, with Attack, Physical Damage Bonus, and Crit as the main stat on Sands, Goblet, and Circlet.
For balancing Crit Rate : Crit Damage ratio, you have to consider the extra Crit Rate buff from Rosaria, and Cryo resonance. An average Rosaria build, focusing on Crit Rate buffing, adds around 10%. Cryo resonance, on the other hand, adds 15% more against enemies affected by Cryo. This synergizes with the 38.4% Crit Damage Eula gets from the Ascension passive, to help you get closer to the desired 1:2 ratio. So if Eula uses a Crit Rate weapon, she must use a Crit Damage circlet, and vice versa.
Energy Recharge
In terms of Energy Recharge, Eula requires a lot of energy, to use a burst on cooldown. With an average of three uses of her Elemental Skill (two presses and one hold), as well as two uses of Rosaria‘s Elemental Skill. Eula still needs over 210% Energy Recharge (ER)! That’s an insane amount for a main damage dealer, because building ER results in a huge DPS loss. However, we have a few solutions to maintain Eula‘s energy, while not losing any DPS in the process.
The first solution is to use high refinement weapons from the Favonius series, such as Favonius Lance on Rosaria, and Favonius Sword on Kuki Shinobu. These two alone drop the ER requirement by around 30% so that you can build Eula with 180% ER. That’s still a lot, so we should resort to other solutions on top of that. Using C2 Kuki Shinobu helps a little. However, the best way to generate energy for this team is by using C6 Fischl. She helps by dropping another 30% ER, down to 150%, which is manageable from sub-stats.
Using Raiden Shogun can virtually solve any energy issue of Eula. But Raiden tends to take quite a bit of field time in order to do her job. This extends the duration of the rotation quite a bit. So in reality, it’s not always DPS gained when using Raiden. You also run into the issue that you have to invest a lot of resources into Raiden to compensate for the time wasted with her on-field.
You may also opt to use a five-star weapon with ER, such as Skyward Pride, which saves you a lot of ER sub-stats. It has a passive that deals physical damage, which scales perfectly with our build. Finally, you can use a third Cryo character on the team, whether she’s Ganyu, or Shenhe.

Other Sub Stats
After fulfilling the Energy Recharge requirement, you need to pick artifacts with the most offensive sub-stats. You mainly go for more Attack, Crit Rate, and Crit Damage, as there’s nothing else to benefit from Eula‘s scaling.
Eula Physical Supremacy Build Weapons
Eula uses Claymores, a heavy melee weapon with slow but high-impact attacks. As a physical DPS, Eula relies heavily on weapon attacks, so weapon choice is a very important aspect for building Eula.
Free & Event Weapons
Prototype Archaic is the standard base craftable weapon for most Claymore users. It’s easy to acquire from early on in the game, and scales well into the endgame. It’s not the best weapon for Eula by far, but it’s a very solid pick if you have nothing better.
The weapon has a passive that causes an additional physical hit, that scales well with Eula’s natural physical build.
Luxurious Sea-Lord is an event reward, from version 2.1. Only people who finished the Moonlight Merriment event, back in October, 2021 have it. If you have been playing Genshin for this long, you are in luck, because the Luxurious Sea-Lord is the best free weapon for Eula. The weapon has an Attack sub stat, and a 24% Elemental Burst damage bonus passive. In addition to an extra physical hit upon using burst.
With Luxurious Sea-Lord, Eula‘s damage output is higher than the Prototype Archaic, but still not enough to build a hyper-carry team. This means you can’t build a team consisting of Eula and three damage buffers. But rather you need at least one sub-DPS support in your team, to compensate for the damage lost from using an average weapon.
Battle Pass Weapon
If you are a light spender, Serpent Spine is definitely a huge upgrade. It has 27.6% Crit Rate sub-stat, and an accumulating damage multiplier passive. To utilize the full potential of the Serpent Spine passive, you may use a shield support, or just use Albedo for Crystalize shields. The reason being is that every time Eula gets hit, the Serpent Spine loses a stack of its buff. Since Eula is a slow and melee character, she tends to get hit a lot.
When you use Serpent Spine in Spiral Abyss, you have to place your Eula in the first team slot. Before you initiate a battle, it’s important to build all stacks beforehand. So you can enter battles with full stacks, and deal maximum damage from the start. However, buying this weapon specifically for Eula is not the most efficient way to spend your money, because there are better four-star weapons out there.
Limited 4 Star Weapons
The only other four-star upgrade over the Luxurious Sea-Lord is the Akuoumaru. This weapon has been featured on the weapon banner a couple of times, so it’s only obtainable by using your Primogems. It’s a very solid weapon choice for Eula though, having an Attack sub-stat, and Elemental Burst damage bonus passive. By this comparison, it looks quite similar to the benefits of using the Luxurious Sea-Lord. However, Akuoumaru‘s passive scales with the total energy cost of the entire team.
To calculate how much damage bonus is given, we take all four members of the team, using the sum of their energy cost, and multiply that by the value of the weapon. It has a 0.12~0.24% value, depending on the refinement level. With a team of Eula, Rosaria, Fischl, and Kuki Shinobu in tow, we have a 260% total energy cost. It results in a damage modifier of 31.2% at lowest refinement, and 62.4% on highest refinement.
So the passive on Akuoumaru is always better than Luxurious Sea-Lord. And in terms of total damage, it can also beat Serpent Spine, if you can’t keep full stacks on Serpent Spine. It also free you from having to use a shielder, and free allow Eula to be placed in any team slot in Spiral Abyss. Overall a perfect weapon, and if it came in a good weapon banner, you might want to grab one copy of it.
The Ultimate weapon
For most Claymore users who rely on their Elemental Burst, Skyward Pride is the best five-star weapon, aside from the usual character’s signature weapon. The best thing about Skyward Pride is how you have a chance to get it from the standard banner, with the occasional free wishes the game grants you. So you might have it without spending either money or Primogems.
This weapon has one of the highest base attacks in the game (674), as well as has an Energy Recharge sub-stat. That paired with an 8% damage multiplier, and eight extra physical hits as passive makes it an attractive choice. The energy recharge frees your sub-stats, to use more offensive options. And these extra hits all scale with physical damage, so you get another solid source of DPS.
The final damage output might be slightly lower than Eula’s signature weapon, Song of Broken Pines. However, that doesn’t stop the Skyward Pride from being the better option. This is down to being able to use an elemental burst on cooldown, dealing way more important than bigger damage numbers on screen. And the difference is acceptable anyway, since Skyward Pride is much cheaper to get.
Wolf’s Gravestone is another five-star weapon from the standard banner. It has the potential to deal higher damage than all other weapons available, on the assumption you proc it’s passive. So if you’ve got Wolf’s Gravestone, it’s an upgrade for Eula as well. The only downside is, that it has no Crit or ER sub-stats. So it makes building proper sub-stats on artifacts much more demanding.
Eula Physical Supremacy Build Artifacts
There’s a handful of artifacts sets that Eula can use, but there’s only one that is cut above the rest best. So if you play Eula, you should aim to farm the domain where Pale Flame drops. Not only does this allow you to equip your Eula, but also let’s you farm the other set from the same domain Tenacity of the Millelith which is best on Kuki Shinobu.
Pale Flame
This artifact set is specifically designed for Eula, as it requires two or more casts of Elemental Skill to maintain its full buff. Eula has two charges of her Elemental Skill, and a very short cooldown of (4 seconds) on Elemental Skill Press.
The 50% physical damage bonus plus the extra 18% Attack is the highest stats Eula can get from the artifact set. So always aim to get four pieces of Pale Flame with good sub-stats.

Hybrid set
If you are a new player or a new Eula player though, you might not have a full Pale Flame set with good sub-stats. So the solution is to use a temporary hybrid set. Equip two pieces of Pale Flame, and two pieces of either Bloodstained Chivalry, or an Attack set such as Shimenawa’s Reminiscence.
These options either give you 50% Physical damage, or 25% Physical damage and 18% Attack. Both are lower than the Pale Flame set, but if they have superior sub-stats it would an acceptable choice.
Emblem of Severed Fate
On paper, using the Emblem of Severed Fate on Eula yields higher numbers than a hybrid set. It capitalizes on Eula‘s need for Energy Recharge, to give her a higher burst multiplier. However, using Emblem of Severed Fate is a waste for Eula, and there are too many other characters that can utilize it better.
First of all, it’s still a 4 piece set, so chances are high that your hybrid set has better sub-stats. Secondly, Emblem doesn’t benefit the Normal Attack or the elemental skill’s damage. These are the stable damage source in Eula’s combo, while Burst is subject to RNG whether it Crits or not. If you have low damage normal attack and elemental skill, you deal no stable damage. Finally, if your burst doesn’t score a critical hit, then you almost deal no damage at all in the entire rotation.
So Emblem of Severed Fate is not really recommended on Eula, and is a much better choice for Rosaria.
Eula Physical Supremacy Build Talent Skills
Favonius Bladework – Edel
Perform up to 5 consecutive strikes with the Claymore, dealing heavy physical damage. The fifth hit has a much slower animation and has a longer recovery duration. So it’s better to skip and focus on using the first four hits.
As a main physical damage dealer, Eula relies on her normal attacks to deal a good portion of her overall damage. So it’s an important part of her kit, and you have to optimize Eula‘s build around the balance between Burst and Normal attacks damage. It’s the reason why I don’t recommend the Emblem of Severed Fate for Eula, especially with how her burst is a single hit, that can fail to Crit.
It’s worth mentioning that Eula is good at driving some off-field characters with her normal attacks. Such as Beidou, Fischl, Xingqiu, and Yelan. As all of these perform a joint attack with the active character’s normal attacks. However, there’s an important thing to note here. Both Beidou and Fischl apply too much Electro with their joint attacks, so they will consume Cryo aura much faster when it comes to enemies. When enemies have Cryo applied, you lose 15% Crit Rate from Cryo resonance. This is a damage loss for Eula, especially if this prevents a Burst from Crit.
It’s another reason why I prefer to use a Cryo DPS, and an Electro healer support for Eula, over an Electro DPS, and Cryo healer.
Icetide Vortex
The common theme among Physical damage dealers is having two charges of elemental skill, on top of a short cooldown. This can be seen in both Eula and Razor, and it’s an easy way to get Elemental particles to recharge elemental burst. And it assures a high uptime of Pale Flame set bonus. Another propriety of Elemental Skill on a physical character is having a hold and press version.
Eula’s press version has a quick animation, four seconds cooldown, and medium interruption capability. While the hold version has a slower animation, ten seconds cooldown, and high interruption capability. Both apply a weak Cryo aura on enemies and deal AOE Cryo damage. So what differentiates the two versions and when can you exactly you use each? That’s an important part of learning how to play Eula optimally, I’ll go over this in detail below:
Press version
Using the Elemental Skill with a press is used mainly to build what’s called a “Grimheart” stack. It’s a mechanic that increases Eula‘s Def, and resistance to interruption. It’s a very important mechanic in teams without a shielder, because you want nothing to interrupt Eula during her time on the field.
Not only that, but Grimheart also allows Eula to Shred enemies’ physical and Cryo resistance upon using the hold version. To apply this debuff on enemies, you need at least one stack of Grimheart. So the minimum rotation would involve cycling between one press and one hold.
However, resistance shred is not the sole mechanic involved in Eula’s elemental skill. There’s also “Icewhirl Brand” which is another Cryo damage instance, that occurs when you hold elemental skill. The damage scale with how many stacks of Grimheart it consumes, with the maximum stacks possible being two. So you get the alternative rotation, of two presses, and one hold.

Hold Version
The hold version has a very long cooldown, so you have to strategically use it, after one or two holds. It consumes all Grimheart stacks (whether one or two), applies resistance shred, and deals Icewhirl Brand damage depending on the number of stacks.
It has a stronger interrupt to enemies, so you can also use it to stop enemies from charging or teleporting away from you. Though this requires good observation and a deep knowledge of enemy moves, it’s a good way to utilize it.
With the Ascension passive Roiling Rime , holding the elemental skill with two Grimheart stacks unleashes a mini-physical nuke. It’s called “Shattered Lightfall”, and deals half the damage of Eula’s final burst hit. This hit scales with elemental burst modifiers. It is different from Icewhirl Brand as it has elemental skill scaling and deals Cryo damage in the process.

Elemental Skill Cooldown Reset
If you thought mechanics end with only hold and press, you are mistaken. Eula can easily reset the cooldown of her Skill when she uses her Burst. That adds another possible layer of flexibility to her rotation, as she can just use a skill, then burst, then the skill again, regardless of cooldown.
It also opens up interesting combos where she can use her hold version right before burst, which has a longer cooldown, but bypasses it with a burst, to use it twice again.
The cooldown reset grants Eula one stack of Grimheart. So you don’t have to go through two presses before holding elemental skill.
Rotation variations
In this section, I’ll show the various options you can use, to effectively get the most out of Eula’s skill. I’ll use “E” as a symbol for Elemental Skill, “Q” for “Burst”, and “NA” for Normal Attack:
- Variation A: Press E > switch out (4 seconds) > switch in > Hold E > Q > Press E > NA4 > Hold E > NA4
- This allows for very high elemental particle generation, to help with energy recharge.
- Ensure higher uptime for resistance shred.
- Requires a team with a short cooldown on their elemental skill (e.g: Rosaria), to fill in the 4 seconds Eula is switched out.
- Variation B: Press E > Q > Press E > NA4 > Hold E > NA4
- Takes a shorter time, allowing some shorter rotation, to maximize damage per second.
- Generates less energy and requires much higher energy generating support (e.g: Diona with Sacrificial Bow, or Raiden Shogun)
- Variation C: Press E > NA4 > Hold E > Q, Press E > NA4 > Hold E > NA4
- Similar to Variation A, but doesn’t switch Eula out after first use of skill.
- Can’t be used with supports with short buffs duration, as all buffs will expire before Eula final hit.
- Mainly function to drive some off field sub-dps such as Beidou, because it always use normal attacks for longer.
- Sacrifices buffs, and therefore Eula personal damage, to get more damage from sub-dps
- Variation D: Press E > Switches out > Switches in > Q > NA4 > Hold E > NA4 > Switches out > Switches in > NA2
- The most complicated combo, used to maximize Burst damage by casting skill only once in 7 seconds duration of Burst.
- Can funnel energy particles generated by Cryo support into Eula, to reduce ER requirement.
- Require very precise timing
With our team of Eula, Kuki, Rosaria, I recommend Variation A combo.
Glacial Illumination
Elemental Burst is the main damage-dealing talent in Eula’s kit. She initiates the burst by doing AOE Cryo damage, then accumulates stacks for “Lightfall Sword”, every time she hits an enemy, she gains one stack. Each hit gains a maximum of one stack, whether it reaches one enemy or multiple enemies. However, some normal attack strings consist of multiple hits, such as a third and fifth combo.
So a standard Eula without constellations can get a maximum of 13 stacks on Lightfall Sword before it explodes. This assumes enemies are not moving, Eula not dodging, and players executing proper animation cancelling. It’s too demanding though to pull off correctly, and it’s safer to assume 11 stacks of Lightfall Sword, if Eula has no source of attack speed bonus.
Even with low 11 stacks, Eula’s final hit gets over a 2100% multiplier, so it’s the single strongest single hit in the entire game. Characters who held this record before Eula’s release had much smaller modifiers, but they didn’t require much preparation. Eula’s damage requires a lot of preparation which includes both field time, and proper timing, so it doesn’t come free. Eula’s overall damage will suffer a lot if Lightfall Sword miss, or don’t score critical hit. So you might reset entire Abyss runs, because this one hit didn’t go as planned.
Overall, it’s the talent you build around, and it always has top priority when levelling.

Eula Physical Supremacy Build Team Composition
Genshin Impact has a unique playstyle that relies on switching characters and chaining combos across these characters. So a solid part of this Eula’s Physical build is knowing which characters will accompany her, and what roles they will play.
In this section, I’ll fill you in on some of the best characters that synergize well with this build. It’s universally recommended for you to use a five-star support character, but our build could be done with four-star characters only if needs be. That doesn’t mean you can’t get upgrades from five-star characters, as you could argue a special case for Yelan, or Albedo.
Kuki Shinobu
The latest addition to the Electro roster, and the only Electro healer. Kuki Shinobu is an excellent support for Eula, that fills multiple roles. She works as an off-field healer, who can keep Eula alive during her burst. At the same time, her off-field Electro application is necessary to proc the Superconduct reaction. Superconduct applies a debuff on enemies, decreasing their Physical resistance by 40%, which increases Eula’s damage significantly.
Finally, Kuki pairs great with Fischl, to give Electro Resonance to the team. Electro Resonance generates extra energy for the entire team, which helps Eula with her energy issues. Kuki works perfectly fine at zero constellations, and she’s the best character to use Tenacity of the Millelith with, to provide an additional buff to the team.
Make sure to level her elemental skill as high as possible, to increase her healing. After that, you are free to ignore her Normal attack and Elemental Burst talents, they are not important in this build.
Stats
Kuki will not be doing a lot of damage in this team, so we focus only on her healing. For the best results, we prioritize % HP, Elemental Mastery, and Healing Bonus. These are the only stats that scale Kuki’s healing. The Healing Bonus rolls only on Circlet, while EM and HP can roll on Goblet and Sands. So use whatever piece has the better sub-stats available.
We don’t need Crit damage or Attack stats on Kuki, and the only other sub-stat that is mildly useful is Energy Recharge. Kuki doesn’t have to burst on cooldown, and she doesn’t heal with her burst, so it’s not a high priority. If you are using the Favonius Sword, then some Crit Rate becomes mandatory to proc the weapons passive. If you don’t find good pieces with the Crit Rate sub-stats, you might consider using Crit Rate main stat on Circlet instead.
Weapon
There are only a few weapons that increase Kuki’s healing, these are weapons that increase the EM stat. Such weapons are Dark Iron Sword, Iron Sting, and The Alley Flash. However, I wouldn’t recommend using any of them in our build. Increasing healing by a bit is not a top priority for the Eula team, because it doesn’t contribute to damage by any means.
What I recommend though is the Favonius Sword, a weapon with Energy Recharge sub-stat, but more importantly, a passive that restores energy for the entire team. Eula is very Energy hungry and using the Favonius Sword turns Kuki into another battery for Eula.
Artifacts
Tenacity of the Millelith is the best artifact set for this team, with a consistent 20% Attack buff for the entire team. It benefits Rosaria, Fischl, and Eula, so it has a greater contribution than any other single character buff.
The duration of Tenacity of the Millelith is extremely short, a mere three seconds. So it requires a character that’s able to hit with Elemental Skill consistently, to keep refreshing the buff. Kuki in a melee team is the absolute best character to meet this condition. Kuki’s talent has a 12 seconds duration, and a 15-second cooldown, and it hits once every 1.5 seconds. Eula is a melee character by nature, so Kuki hits will never miss.
Rosaria
To get Cryo resonance, we need a second Cryo character in the team. But more importantly, Eula needs a battery, namely a Cryo support with a short elemental skill cooldown. Rosaria fill these roles, in addition, to playing a buffer at the same time, as she increases the entire team’s critical Rate after using her burst. This helped Eula reach a 100% Crit Rate, which makes her avoid a whole lot of trouble when Eula burst fails to crit.
If you go with Rosaria, she’s one of the easiest characters to build and play. Just use her Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst, and then switch out. Her Elemental Burst leaves a turret on the field, that ticks with Cryo damage over a period of time, and is the main source of Rosaria’s damage. Rosaria also buffs the team with a portion of her current critical rate, which stacks with the Crit Rate buff from Cryo resonance.
You need to make sure Rosaria’s Elemental Skill takes her all the way through and behind at least one enemy. If done successfully, Rosaria will buff her own Crit Rate, which contributes to the Crit Rate buff, if you use elemental burst after elemental skill, not the other way around.
Stats
DPS Rosaria can use Cryo Damage Bonus on Goblet, % Attack on Sands, and Crit Rate on Headpiece. Note that Rosaria always prefers Crit Rate over Crit Damage, because her own Crit rate stat buffs Crit rate of the entire party upon landing Elemental Skill.
However, if Rosaria doesn’t use a weapon with Energy Recharge, replace her Sands with Energy Recharge’s main stat instead. Though, if built optimally, Energy Recharge from sub-stats will be sufficient.
For sub-stats, go for more % Attack, ER, Crit Rate, and Crit Damage.
Weapon
There is a range of Polearms that work well with Rosaria, from craftable four stars, to Gasha only five stars. Although Rosaria can perform well with three stars weapon such as White Tassel, she still prefers the Favonius Lance in this build. It’s the standard pick for support Rosaria, to help Eula recharge Elemental Burst.
The passive on Favonius Lance proc when Rosaria deal Crit hit while on-field. With such a high Crit Rate, and multi hits in both elemental skill, and burst, Rosaria is one of the most reliable characters to use a Favonius weapon. She also has a short cooldown, so you might be able to proc the passive more than once per rotation.
The elemental particles from Favonius Lance is colourless, or in other words, it’s natural particles recharge all elements equally. That helps not only Eula, but the entire team, reducing their energy requirement, and allowing them to focus on more offensive stats
Artifacts
Rosaria uses either the Noblesse Oblige, or Emblem of Severed Fate Artifact set. The Emblem set is used to maximize Rosaria‘s personal damage, while Noblesse Oblige buffs the attack stat for the whole team.
Since Eula’s team lacks heavy attack buffers, such as Bennett, or a Thrilling Tales of Dragon’s Slayer holder, I recommend using Noblesse Oblige. Considering its damage output is quite close to Emblem but slightly lower, but also increases the attack the entire team, it’s the better choice.
However, you might find Noblesse Oblige harder to farm. You need to farm a physical set for Eula from one domain, and another domain for your sub-DPS, whether it’s a Def set for Albedo, or Emblem for Yelan. So adding Noblesse Oblige to the farm list might stretch you too thin, and prove inefficient. So make sure to contemplate your choices before deciding.
Fischl
Fischl can always fill the sub-DPS role, while also filling as the battery, and if truly dedicated, she can also be a buffer. Having two Electro characters on the team, allows more energy particle generation through Electro Resonance.
Fischl is the best single target off-field DPS that pairs with Eula, as she relies on Oz to stay on the field, long after she switches out. However, Fischl frequent reactions will consume the Cryo aura from enemies, and Eula will lose Cryo resonance frequently.
So you need a well-built Fischl, who deals a lot of damage to compensate for the loss of Cryo Resonance. However, if you factor in the energy she generates, she becomes a balanced pick. You can also use Yelan or Albedo in this slot, for different scenarios. They are all capable of clearing the abyss just fine

Stats
For the best results, we build Fischl as a damage dealer. It means we prioritize Electro Damage Bonus on Goblet, Attack on Sands, and either Critical Rate, or Critical Damage on circlet.
For sub-stats, look for more Attack, Crit Rate, and Crit Damage.
Weapon
Give Fischl the best bow you possess. Whether it’s the four star The Stringless, or the five star Skyward Harp, Polar Star, or Thundering Pulse; they are all amazing for a full DPS Fischl.
On the other hand, to maximize your Eula damage, Elegy for the End is a perfect support substitution.
Artifacts
Always go with a hybrid set on Fischl, to get the highest sub-stats. Mix Thundering Fury with any of the attack sets such as Gladiator’s Finale, Shimenawa’s Reminiscence, Vermillion Hereafter, and Echoes of an Offering
We hope you found this build useful, and it gives you a clear idea of how to maximize Eula potential.
