Elder Scrolls Online: House Cat Adventures

See this guy?  The strikingly handsome Khajiit who is starting to show his years (much like I am) is my character in Elder Scrolls Online.  This has very little to do with him.  This is about Jiffy Pop, his cat. On a side note, I’m not sure if there’s some Khajiit law forbidding him from owning a CAT of all things, but no one’s called me out on it yet.

Anyway, Jiffy Pop is a very deep and complex cat.  He loves adventures.  He loves pondering.  Lets follow him around and see what he’s up to!

Jiffy Pop, ready to pounce (in a good way) toward this enchanting Bard. Surely he’s not the only Tom who’s noticed this one

Jiffy Pop tripping
Jiffy Pop knows to stick close to friends. Close enough to trip them if the need arises

Jiffy Pop submerged
Unlike most cats, not only will Jiffy Pop go into the water, he will somehow sink and engage in a very monk like meditative state

Jiffy Pop rain
He’s a little worried about this rain though

Jiffy Pop spider
Jiffy Pop springing to action on what appears to an already dead, possibly radioactive spider.

Jiffy Pop lightning
If you think Jiffy Pop is afraid of a little lightning, then let me tell you… You don’t know Jiffy Pop

Jiffy Pop flowers
A wise kitty knows to take time to stop and smell the flowers. And eat a few blades of grass

In this moment of incalculable grief, Jiffy Pop pauses to reflect on the nature of existence

Don’t forget to read up on Elder Scrolls Online at the FextraLife Wiki (there’s more to do than take cat pictures, not that this isn’t enough).

  1. That was either beautiful environmental storytelling or that family album of the cat that your grandmother shows to everyone who visits, I’m not sure which right now.

  2. Thanks Elves! I came up with the idea when I noticed that the internet has a startling lack of cat pictures.

  3. So cute, skare. Sometimes I feel bad for kitty, following me through ridiculous danger and harmful terrain. Why can’t I carry her on my ice horse? Sometimes she gets lost, and I don’t see her again until I go back to my communal house in Davon’s Watch, where she greets me with a reassuring meow. One tough kitty!
