Dragon’s Dogma 2 has a new patch available across all platforms, featuring general fixes and new graphics options for PS5 Pro.

Dragon’s Dogma 2 Improvements for PS5 Pro

One of the year’s standout games, a massive open-world action RPG, now has a comprehensive guide available. The latest free update, now live on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, includes minor bug fixes but mainly focuses on the anticipated upgrades for PS5 Pro, Sony’s new console launching next week.

While specifics on these enhancements are limited, the update confirms the addition of PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution to the Graphics section of the Options menu, along with a new “Balanced” option in the Graphics Quality settings.

  • Fixed an issue in the mission “Something Flew Over the Saurian’s Nest” where throwing a poison jar at the saurian nest didn’t progress the mission.
  • Fixed an issue where pawns with the Calm or Sincere inclination stopped all activity if Levitation failed.
  • Fixed an issue where the minimap expanded and minimized continuously near the hermit’s retreat.
  • Fixed an issue where the strength of Whirlwind increased drastically when Myrddin fought alongside the player’s group.

PlayStation 5 / Xbox Series X|S

• Modifications and Fixes
  • Fixed an issue where no sound effect played when switching to the Categories tab in the character editor.
