Diablo IV Unique Target Farming Guide

Tormented Bosses in Diablo IV are harder variants of bosses that appear in specific locations in either World Tier 3 or 4. These bosses can be summoned by using different materials on their respective altars. Once defeated, these bosses will drop at least two Uniques, with some Tormented Bosses dropping Summoning Items required for other Tormented Bosses.

Six Tormented Bosses can be target-farmed, and these are Echo of Varshan, Grigoire, The Galvanic Saint, Lord Zir, The Beast in the Ice, Duriel Maggot King, Echo of Andariel. Some items cannot be obtained from target-farming bosses, which can be obtained from the Infernal Hordes event.
