Diablo 4 has received a major patch affecting several aspects of Vessel of Hatred. Some changes have balanced certain elements, but others have significantly improved the experience.

Diablo 4 Patch 2.0.3 Notes

Diablo 4 received a good wave of content with the release of the Vessel of Hatred expansion and the arrival of Season 6. After a few days, Blizzard got to work balancing certain aspects related to these new features.

A new patch has arrived in Diablo 4. The game’s update 2.0.3 reduces one of the most overpowered Spiritualist builds to date. The nerf aims to ensure the game remains fairly balanced for all players.

However, if you were disappointed by this loss of power, know that this patch also adds important improvements, especially to one of the most fun and well-received additions from Vessel of Hatred. Kurast Undercity has received buffs across almost all aspects.

Main Improvements in Kurast Undercity in Diablo 4

• Rewards for successful raids in Kurast Undercity have been improved.
  • More random items will now appear.
  • At least one legendary item is now guaranteed to drop.
  • Gold drop rates have been doubled.

Minion & Other Enemy Adjustments

• Minions with the extra health monster affix will no longer appear.
• Health levels of the most affected bosses and monsters have been reduced for closer parity with similar dungeon content.
• The spawn frequency of affected Super Elites and regular Elites has been slightly adjusted.
• The number of normal monsters appearing in the Spirit Beacon encounter has been slightly reduced to improve objective clarity.

Timer Adjustments

• The base run start time (without applied tribute) has been increased from 100 seconds to 120 seconds.
• Afflicted regular elites now grant a 10-second bonus, up from 8 seconds.
• Afflicted super elites now grant a 15-second bonus, up from 14 seconds.
• The Titan Tribute can now appear beyond boss fights.
• The rare item drop rate has been increased across the game, while other rarities remain unaffected.
