The Dark Soul
Attain all other trophies found throughout the game.
Self explanatory, but not exactly easy! The platinum trophy is acquired when all other trophies are unlocked.
Knight’s Honor
Acquire all of the unique weapons found within the game.
In order to acquire this trophy you must make every boss soul weapon in the game, with a few bosses having more than one unique boss soul weapon. Once these souls are collected you can have the Giant Blacksmith make your boss soul weapons. You must also acquire the weapons found after severing the tails of the Bridge Wyvern, Gaping Dragon, Seath the Scaleless, Priscilla, and the Everlasting Dragon. Other unique weapons that must be found are the weapons dropped by the silver knights, stone knights, and black knights. Certain NPC invaders will also drop weapons that you will need. You must also acquire the Giant’s Halberd, the crest shield, crescent axe, channeler’s trident and the demon’s spear. All other unique weapons can be found within chests and from joining different covenants. A full list is here
Wisdom of a Sage
Acquire all of the sorceries found within the game.
Many of the spells that you must have within this game must bought from the mages that you interact with, one of whom you must save and exhaust all dialogue options from. Additionally, two of these spells are acquired after the death of the two mages. There are only two spells that must be found within the game that are not sold one being Strong Magic Shield and the other Remedy. Also keep in mind that you may need a high intelligence in order to purchase these spells from the NPCs. A full list of Sorceries and where to find them can be found here.
Prayer of a Maiden
Acquire all of the miracles found within the game. .
Much like ‘Wisdom of a Sage’ many of the miracles in the game you will have to purchase, however it is recommended that you buy these miracles as soon as you can. Additionally, there are seven miracles that you must collect from the game’s covenants: Gravelord Servant, Blade of the Dark Moon, and Warrior of Sunlight. One of these miracles will also require a Soul of Gwyn in order to receive it. There are also an additional five miracles that must be found throughout Lordran; two of them can be found by killing two of the Piascas found within the Duke’s Archives while the other three can be found in Ash Lake, the Catacombs, and the Painted World of Ariamis. After the door has been unlocked you will have to fight NPCs guarding the forest: be mindful as they are quite powerful. Then head towards the stone structure to find a cat named Alvina. The second way is a little more difficult and is only recommended if you do not have the souls for the crest. Head down to Darkroot Basin, once there you will have to fight the Hydra and Crystal Golems. Upon the defeat of the enemies there head up the latter found on the left side of the basin. Once you have scaled this and another latter found on the other side of the river head across the walkway. You will eventually have to fight three large cats, after their defeat head through the forest, eventually you will find a stone structure and within it a cat named Alvina. Once you’ve reached Alvina she will ask you two questions select ‘yes’ for both and you will be initiated into the covenant.

Join the Darkwraith covenant.
Missable: In order to join this covenant, you will have to defeat the Four Kings that lurk within New Londo Ruins but you must still have the Lordvessel – do not place it via Frampt before doing this section (Depending on how far in the game you are you may also end up killing Ingward if you do not have the Lordvessel). After defeating the kings, a Primordial Serpent named Kaathe will appear. They will ask you a question once you talk to them select ‘yes‘ and you will be initiated into the covenant.
Covenant: Path of the Dragon
Join the Path of the Dragon covenant.
In order to join this covenant you must have access to Blight Town. Once you do and you have gotten to the swamp at the bottom head towards a hollow tree, here there will be two illusory walls that guard the Great Hollow. After making your way down through this hollow tree, you will eventually end up in Ash Lake. It is recommended that you activate the bonfire here before going through the rest of the lake. At the end of the area you will find the Everlasting Dragon pray to it and select ‘yes‘ you will then be initiated into the covenant.
Covenant: Gravelord Servant
Join the Gravelord Servant covenant.
Found within the catacombs, you will have to find an open coffin near a Titanite demon. Enter into the coffin and wait for 10-15 seconds once you have done this a cutscene will start and after this cutscene you will find yourself in the Tomb of the Giants. Walk up to Gravelord Nito and pray to him, you will be given to option to join his covenant select ‘yes‘ and you will be initiated into the covenant.
Covenant: Chaos Servant
Join the Chaos Servant covenant.
After your battle with Quelaag head over to the bell, you will find a staircase leading down a level. Once you have descended you will find an illusory wall, speak to the creature here. More on Dark Souls
I still haven’t made a DSS (I have Ornstein Souls, but still…) and I just really can’t be bothered to make a Raw Weapon. lol
Haha, sorry Grin but I couldn’t help editing in that little blurb in the Raw Weapon section.
Good one E. lol
Also.
Good job Grin.
And I’ve still got the 2 more Trophies to get.
Thanks! Also thanks E for the edit!
Getting all the trophies was so complicated for my puny mind, I had to have someone write a walkthrough to get trophies with minimal playthroughs.
But i can find this walkthrough to get the platinum with a minimum effort?
Such a playthrough really would be nice!
Actually with just a few pointers this is pretty easy to adapt to what you’re looking for.
-First off, you need to get to the third playthrough regardless of efficiency for Knight’s Honor since Sif’s souls has three weapon uses needed for the trophy. That’s why this is considered a “hard” trophy. It takes a lot of work even at maximum efficiency.
-If you’re doing this all with one character (like I did) make the best use of the first run. You can get really efficient damage plus the lowest possible enemy health so getting tail weapons is typically easier here (Seath, Priscilla, Gaping).
-Still on weapons but there is AT LEAST one slab per type to upgrade weapons. Some slabs can be needed for two paths but you’re going through the game at least twice. The only exception is the regular slabs and there’s I think three possibly per playthrough and they can be farmed.
-Spells can be a little harder in my opinion since you have to plan for Logan’s and Rhea’s stories for instance.
-Additionally, some spells can only be found via covenants. I recommend that most covenants with spell requirements wait until your third time in the game. Gravelords for instance need eyes of death and Gwydolin wants the Souvenirs of Reprisal and Sunbros want the medals. All of these have some availability without actually participating in the covenant so the more times you run through the game before going for the spells the less you need to farm. For instance, I have yet to successfully gravelord anyone but with multiple runs I had enough Eyes to satisfy Nito.
*Really the best tip is to plan out what you still need and determine your path before you start moving.
Nice work Grin. Waiting, not so patiently for your other Trophy Guides!! 😀
Oh man. This was some of the most time consuming Achievement hunting I have ever done. So much farming. ;~;
Try getting Demon’s Souls Pure Bladestone the legit way. 5 Hours of straight farming of the same skeleton!
Five hours would’ve felt like winning the lottery for me. Several hours a day (sometimes multiple sessions) for two weeks. I almost wept in joy when I saw that all of the slabs were available without farming
Guys, I still cringe when I think about that god-damned Channeler’s Trident. I farmed it NON STOP for a week!
Truth. Spawn in at 4-3, PBWT, backwards run 4-2, soul suck BP skele’s. Was an exercise in determination. Farming cloudstone chunks and marrowstone were also time consuming but it was all still fun to master the best farming method. I miss that in Dark. Everything with the exception of the Catch Pole and Trident is so easy to get in Dark Souls.
I actually had karma come give me a hand in Dark. Trident only took five Channelers once I started actively farming for it and the catch pole just kinda fell for me before I needed to worry about it. I still have yet to have a non jagged Ghostblade though.
Please! Please! Don’t say that name ever again! I’m talking about the staff…who has three spikes on top…
Pweeze. 🙁
I’ve spent days on more than 4 characters trying to get the Pure Bladestone, only to not get one at all. *throws the controller in rage at the wall*
what I miss in this platinum guide is the guide to get this all with the least efford and with hints to the best order of doing things
I recently returned to the Nexus to replay Demon’s Souls and make a straight up dexterity build. I got Pure Bladestone within about 20 farms of the Black Phantom Dual Katana Skeleton. I couldn’t believe it – the hours I wasted trying to get it the first time around were some of the most demoralising of my gaming career!
Anyone willing to give me a Souls of Sif, a Soul of the Moonlight Butterfly and the Soul of the Lord of Cinder? Once my trophy pops im willing to repay the favor with any 3 weapons you need.
Post revived! For those of you who have forgotten how to get this platinum! The Remastered trophies and achievements are the same
