Crystar Receives Character Trailer

Crystar is an action RPG developed by FuRyu Corporation and published by Spike Chunsoft. The protagonist, Rei  known as the “Warrior of Grief”, fights her way through Purgatory to rescue her little sister Mirai, which she killed unintentionally. In order to revive Mirai, Rei strikes a deal with two Demons to become an Executor of Purgatory. Crystar lets the player utilize the power of grief; craft weapons and armor using Rei’s tears of anguish to further your strength on your quest to save Mirai.

Using Rei’s tears isn’t just to craft weapons and armor, it also is able to summon a Guardian to protect her in battle. Rei’s weeping gives her the strength to fight as she searches for her sister’s lost Soul.

Digital pre-orders will live starting on PSN on July 26, 2019. Those who pre-order on PSN will receive a 10% discount and 8 themes.

PS4 Censorship

Spike Chunsoft and FuRyu Corporation have explained that in the PlayStation 4 version of the game, the pre-title-screen cinematic had 0.5 seconds of footage removed because it shown Rei’s naked butt. This change will not affect gameplay and no other content has been modified. This alteration will not be applied to the Steam version of Crystar.
