Atelier Lydie & Suelle New Gameplay & Screenshots!

Developer Gust and publisher Koei Tecmo have shared a new batch of screenshots and details, along with almost 20 minutes of new gameplay footage of their upcoming Atelier Lydie and Suelle: Alchemists of the Mysterious Paintings  single-player RPG.

Atelier Lydie & Suelle – Coming Next Year!

Previously, Koei Tecmo revealed the game’s pre-order details and its Western release date.

First, is the nearly 20 minute-long video of new gameplay, which is part of the 20th Anniversary broadcast of the Atelier  series. And you can check it out between 24:25 and 42:52 below.

Familiar Faces

Next, is the new information on Atelier Lydie & Suelle‘s  cast, some of whom are returning characters from previous games. And among them, we have Pamela Ibis making an appearance. Who now spends her time working as a sister at a church, in an effort to save enough for a trip back to her hometown of Kirchen Bell, after mistakenly taking ride to Merville.

Then we have Corneria from Atelier Sophie.  Who is still running her store back in Kirchen Bell and has come to Merville to shop and tour the marketplace. She’ll still provide the same services of registering items and refilling items to players.

And finally, we have the blacksmith from Mervile named Hagel, who has an animated and bright personalty, and comes from a long family line of smiths.

Atelier Lydie and Suelle: Alchemists of the Mysterious Paintings  will launch for PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita and Nintendo Switch in Japan first this December 21st.

While the West will receive the game later on March 27th, 2018 for North America and on March 30th, 2018 for Europe on PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam.
