Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Story Trailer Revealed

The latest trailer reveals more about the story for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, sharing more about Eivor. The trailer shared that Eivor has a brother called Sigurd, and that we’ll see the Hidden Ones before they head out of Norway.

The trailer also includes a few cutscenes but features more in-game footage. Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is about just 5 weeks away from releasing on Xbox, PC and Playstation 4 on November 10th, the launch date was announced to be brought forward earlier this month.

If you want to know more about Vikings there is now podcast documentary available on Spotify which goes into detail about the game’s historical background, called Echoes of Valhalla. The first episode of the series is available now.

The official video description can be found below:

Become Eivor, a fierce Viking warrior torn between their duty to their brother Sigurd and a personal quest for glory. Driven from Norway by endless wars and dwindling resources, Eivor’s clan must secure a future among the broken kingdoms of England.

This trailer makes me slightly more excited for the release of this game, as it now gives more context to what we can expect for the game, a background. The concept seems interesting, and the previous mentions of English mythology and legends such as the Black Shuck is all the more intriguing.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will be releasing on November 10th on Playstation 4, Xbox One, Stadia, and PC. As well as Playstation 5 and Xbox Series X.
