The Microsoft Store has apparently leaked a listing for Kingdoms of Amalur remaster called Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning, which was found by a Twitter user WalkingCat via Resetera. The game is listed to be releasing on August 18th 2020.

It is a remaster of the 2012 Action-RPG published by Electronic Arts and developed by 38 Studios. THQ Nordic had bought the rights to it a few years back. According to the official description it had the minds of R.A. Salvatore known as the author of the Drizzt Do’Urden series, the comic artist Todd McFarlane known for Spawn, and lead designer Ken Rolston who worked on Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. The title sets to bring “stunning visuals and refined gameplay” in this remaster.

  1. Refined gameplay? Interesting. I always found the gameplay to be extremely weak in the original, so I’ll definitely keep an eye on this.

  2. This makes me extremely happy. Couldn’t believe it when I saw the title
