Nioh 2 New Screenshots and Will Be Playable at Tokyo Game Show 2019

Koei Tecmo and Team Ninja have announced that Nioh 2 will be coming to the Tokyo Game Show 2019 and will be playable. They have also released some new screenshots.

Ahead of the Tokyo Game Show 2019, publisher Koei Tecmo and developer Team Ninja have shared the upcoming sequel, Nioh 2 will be playable at TGS 2019 which takes place from September 12th to 15th. Those who play will gain a badge and strap for participating. The developer has also revealed via the Playstation Blog that during the Nioh 2 closed alpha event, more than 50,000 players participated.

Team Ninja also unveiled some brand new screenshots and concept art for Nioh 2, featuring the demonic transition of the half human samurai. You can check out the new shots below:

And his transformation from human to fiend will take him deep into the Dark Realm of the Yokai.

Nioh 2 is currently in development for Playstation 4 with no announced release date as of yet but maybe we’ll get some news about this at TGS 2019.
