Dragon’s Dogma New Gameplay Trailer for PS4, Xbox One Released

Capcom has released a new gampelay trailer for the upcoming PS4 and Xbox One version of Dragon’s Dogma. Check it out below (it’s in Japanese):

Dragon’s Dogma PS4 Xbox One New Gameplay Trailer

The extensive trailer begins with a look at the major NPCs who have an impact on the story’s events and then goes on to show the impressive beasts you’ll be fighting from the game’s mythical bestiary, joined by your trusty pawns. We also get a look at the Everfall and Bitterblack Isle content that will form a large part of your endgame playing as you take on larger than life creatures for the best weapons and armor in the game.

All said, Dragon’s Dogma Dark Arisen is a fairly packed game, with dedicated players able to get dozens, if not hundreds of hours of play time out of it. The port is commemorating the 5th anniversary of the release of the original game, having since sold over 3 millions copies. It’s still not certain what, if any changes or addtions are being made to the game for this version. We do know that the port is coming to Japan on October 5th, however no date for the west has been given yet, other than “fall”.

Thoughts on Dragon’s Dogma making its way to the current gen? Planning on picking it up when it releases later this year? Sound off in the comments and be sure to check out our review of last year’s PC release if you want to learn more.

  1. Usually I’m as cynical as they come regarding remasters and ports to new gens, but…DD:DA is just so fucking satisfying.

  2. DD2 would be much better BUT, DD:DA is one of my favourite PS3 games so i’ll definitely take it as soon as it comes out on PS4
Can’t wait to share my pawn ^^

  3. stop porting dragons dogma to everything and make dragons dogma 2. this is why no one likes you capcom.

  4. Ooh, I didn’t know this was happening. I’ve been wanting to play this.

  5. “Oh wow, this looks really pretty. Definite improvement over the previous graphics”
    >Sees Necromancer Boss fight
    >’Nam-styled, PTSD flashback.

Makes me want to play DD:DA again.
